All cookies are baked to order & sealed in air-tight pouches to ensure that they are delivered to you as fresh as possible. All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of receipt. Orders are not processed or shipped from Friday through Monday, or holidays. We typically ship every Tuesday but depending on when your order is placed & delivery speed you select, we will ship accordingly to avoid it sitting at the post office over the weekend. Overnight shipping orders must be received by 12:00 PST to be processed for next-day delivery.
